Canadian Turkish Educational And Cultural Foundation
The Canadian Turkish Educational and Cultural Foundation was founded in 2017 and became a legal and registered not-for-profit organization in Richmond, BC, Canada.
The aim of the Canadian Turkish Educational and Cultural Foundation is to bring the Turkish people living in Canada together through various social events and activities, as well as introduce the richness of Turkish culture to Canadians. In other words, our purpose is to contribute to the improvement of mutual understanding, interest and fraternity between Turkish and Canadian people. We believe that enabling Turkish people to experience their own culture under the roof of this foundation helps create solidarity in addition to positively representing Turkish society in Canada. Along with this understanding, Our foundation organizes various events and activities throughout the year. Our activities are supported by Turkish people living in Canada.
Our foundation is based on voluntary work. We would be happy to have your support by participating in our events and activities or even taking an active role in the organization and becoming a member.

Activities
To conduct any activities and exercise any and all such powers as are incidental to the achievement of the foregoing.
Cultural Centre
To establish and operate a cultural center to educate the public regarding the history, food, traditions and social structures of Turkey.
Education
To advance education for the benefit of the public by providing structured learning activities such as instructional seminars and workshops on Turkish food, history and culture.
Diversity
To foster positive relations between Turkish and Canadian communities for the benefit of the public by holding symposia and cultural events with a focus on the Anatolian traditions of Turkey to promote inter-cultural co-operation and appreciation of diversity..
